What is the response Pod?
In an effort to normalize the messiness of life we set out to illustrate how people overcome failure, struggle, and hardship as they navigate the not so linear path to maintaining success, fulfillment, and joy. What is the common denominator that will resonate with the target audience - We’ve never had this many active generations in the work force and they have all been exposed to a social media world that doesn’t reflect our reality - Life is tough, and that’s a good a thing - this is why. We will explore stories from former/current college and professional athletes, former/current special operation operators, and former/current workforce professionals to explore failure, grit, resiliency, perseverance.... How did they respond when it didn't go well? In short, this podcast is geared towards sharing stories of responding well to hard stuff, or not responding well and pulling from what we can learn there.
