Joe Brown Motivational Speaker Philosophy

My desire is through sharing my story and various topics we can start to explore growth in a genuine, authentic, vulnerable way. You will hear a lot of guys stand up here and tell you how successful they are and all these cool things they have done, which is great…what’s different here is I’m going to share stories about failure. What did you do the first time you met failure at the front door? How will you respond to failure? How can I grow from this? What do you mean, “I’m not good enough?” Throughout my career I have always said…“It begins and ends with people” We will explore this idea.

Believe strongly that constant change is the only path forward. Have always intended to motivate and challenge my team through goal setting and overcoming challenges. Working to provide guidance and inspiration to improve the team’s performance constantly.

When you reach out to me in regard to a speaking opportunity, we will find time to sit face to face to get to know each other. We will navigate what I call a due diligence session so that I can take that information to build my presentation with you and your audience.
